Cancellation Policy

We hate to see you cancel, you can always reschedule, please be mindful of our policy.

​We understand that there may be occasions where you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment. All we ask is that you kindly contact us at 705-351-3772, info.thelittledayspa@gmail.com, or cancel or reschedule online through our booking forum within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

​As of now there is no fee for cancellation or rescheduling if you are less than the 24 hour mark. However, by staying within this time frame you are not only giving someone else a chance to book an appointment in but you are also allowing your aesthetician to arrange and organize her time easier.

​I appreciate you respecting this policy and therefore see no need to add a cancellation fee however, this could change in the future.

​No-show appointments will result in 50% of the service price plus applicable taxes being charged. This charge must be paid prior to your next appointment being booked.
