Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by calling or texting 705-351-3772, emailing info@thelittledayspa.ca, or managing your appointment through your Fresha account.

At this time, no fee is charged for late cancellations or rescheduling. However, repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit or prepayment before another appointment can be booked.

If you do not attend your appointment and do not provide notice, a no-show fee equal to 50% of the  scheduled service price for services totalling $50 and over and 100% of the scheduled service price for services totalling under $50 will be charged. Any outstanding fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

I understand that illness and unexpected emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of The Little Day Spa.
